Fall Again Rise Again

Loved the story of @aggarwalsandeep007 ! And I want to tell you, the kite will not only soar high but also inspire others to fly high. The book was a single-sitter for me. The flow was so smooth and captivating that I wanted it to keep going. Learnt a lot and I felt the experiences. To be honest, it moved me.

✍️ From hindi medium school to Wall Street, from working for Microsoft to coming back to home country and starting ShopClues and Droom. This is an exceptional story of Sandeep Aggarwal.

✍️ A relatable extract for current time: "I know you. You need to fly your kite once again. The winds are not favourable, so wait; but keep the kite and thread ready. Soon, with the right tailwind, you will be able to fly your kite higher than before."

✍️ Fun fact: Do you know that the fundamentals of a Unicorn startup was written in an aeroplane?

The link to a nice video on this book can be found on YouTube.

P.S: I am glad I picked up this book. Couldn't wait for it to deliver so read in my Kindle device.

We think anger is wrong whereas it is of 2 types: C onstructive and D estructive. Do we really need anger? Short answers: In career, yes. In relationship, maybe not. We need some kind of anger with problems to find solutions. Otherwise you must have heard about 'chalta hai' attitude in India. Compromise and adjustment: these doesn't need anger. Change

C hanges are good. It teaches you something new. But the catch is: you may not like it. In fact, it's not easy. It needs rewiring of brain cells that further requires personal effort.  Wouldn't it be better if we keep growing? Picture of the month: A few days back I left my home and went on a journey to an unknown destination. Took a train, reached a village and the rest is one of a memorable experience. It sounds naive, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do and it has no explanation. (Do it cautiously though). Personal Rambling: It kind of makes me sad to say that this is the final newsletter. I am so grateful to you for sticking with me and watching me go crazy with words and photos and whatnot. This small initiative was my way of expressing myself and talking/writing to people. Your replies and thoughts and support meant the world to me. Thank you ♡ I have grown in this while and changed as a person for the good—still a work in progress but more disciplined than b...
