Ranging from the successful roll-out of Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana, the pathway to Project Monitoring Group, Coal Block Auction to his efforts in bringing Education System back on track, this book has instances of events that we just hear in news from a 3rd person. Mr Anil shares his enormous experience as a bureaucrat. From sensitive information like the Babri Masjid case to the issues of great national importance like coal block auction to the drama of class 10 and 12 question paper leak, he has penned down a must-read experience for people who wonder what an honest bureaucrat has to go through to implement and make a policy successful. However unrelated, just to quote an instance: “The transfer order was expected, and in fact desired. It came because of the stand I took against oral directions from the CM’s office to suspend officers working in the department headed by me.” Ha...
